Hello, my name is Jani Ponkko, and I would like to invite you to the
modding & hardware area of Campus
Party Europe

Campus Party is recognized as the biggest electronic entertainment
event on-line in the world. An annual
event that brings together thousands of participants with their
computers from all over the world in
order to share their concerns and experiences and carry out a whole
range of different activities related
to computers, communications and new technologies.

A special edition of Campus Party Europe will take place in Madrid,
Spain from 15th - 18th April 2010
becoming the biggest concentration of digital talent that has ever
been brought together in Europe. All
costs for transport, accommodation and maintenance will be taken care
of by the organizing body of the
event. In total 800 young people from all 27 member states of the
European Union will participate in the

Campus Party Europe: Exploring limits in hardware

Campus Party Europe will bring the most talented modders in Europe
together to demonstrate some of the
applications for their practices which may very well become the norm
in a not so distant future; we are
talking about the reduction in consumption of PCs or the use of more
efficient parts in order to
configure the so called .green computing..

Also, the area will explore interesting themes such as the
possibilities of processors functioning in
extreme conditions (temperature changes, vibrations in places such as
cars, planes, fishing boats, etc..)
or the innovations in hardware and their incorporation into the
market. The team spirit of the event
will be demonstrated in the building of a modified computer, carried
out with the collaboration of
modders from all over Europe and in the European Overclocking Challenge.

Ja, det var neat nok at få en invi, men jeg har slet ikke tid til at deltage, også selvom flybillet og ophold betales af arrangørerne. Derfor har jeg overgivet min invitation til p0pE.
