Q6600 Pad Mod 1066 fsb to 1333 With a piece of tape

Will it make a difference in performance if I make this mod?




I,m actually running at 3.7 right now and my fsb is over 1600

Only thing it changes it the default BOOT Fsb

On bad boards it can be a good thing

In witch way will be good for a p35 like mine with 1066?
I was thinking if it will allow better ram overclock or something.

It will do nothing different than if you set 400 fsb your self m8

Its not working on Gigabyte boards.

But on other boards with no strap option in bios, the mod will change it and people have reported a higher oc on the FSB.

well on my shuttle it unlock the ram 1/1 strap good for my 6400 crapy ram he he
